Watch: Florida WR crunched by two Kentucky players, has helmet pop off

Holding on to a catch after a hard hit isn't easy. Against Kentucky on Saturday, Florida wide receiver Jordan Reed managed to absorb two of them. To his head.

With the Gators up 17-0 late in the second quarter, Reed snagged a Jeff Driskel pass cutting across the 35-yard line. Two Wildcat DBs converged on Reed and sandwiched him high?hard enough to make his helmet pop off. Reed held on, anyway.

Safety Mikie Benton was flagged for the hit, but Ashely Lowery could've easily earned a penalty himself?and, as noted by Yahoo! Sports, one or both could wind up suspended.

The Gators, No. 14 in the country heading into Week 4, wound up beating Kentucky 38-0 to win its 26th straight game in the series.
